My "advocate" at the Pine Street Inn

I am polite to her.  I am respectful.

She rubs her nose at me.  She coughs at me.  She makes almost every transaction more difficult than it has to be.  She takes the side of the other person in every situation in which there is conflict, even though the only conflict that occurs around me at the Pine Street Inn happens because I am sexually harassed and bullied.

She makes no attempt to hide her dislike of me, even though I have done nothing to deserve it, have never tried to provoke her, and did not choose to be her client.
