Throughout much of Europe, standards of living are similar among many countries, and people frequently travel from one country to the next without abandoning the citizenships of where they were born.
One of the things that will probably have to happen to achieve that goal is that American and other corporations will have to stop outsourcing their slave-owner-like practices to everywhere outside their countries of origin where they know they'll get away with it.
Sarcasm Alert
I'm sure that all the corporations that engage in those practices will immediately agree to stop those practices, as soon as they read this page. It won't be a problem; they'll say "That sounds cost-effective. We'd rather be fair and decent than make obscene amounts of money at the cost of human life." Everyone in government will say that, also. Improvements will begin around the world by the end of this week.
End of Sarcasm Alert
