I slept for a few hours. Someone I hadn't met before just took my vital signs. He left the door to my room partially open while he did that, and someone outside the room started vomit-coughing.
The coughing has continued, even though the person who took my vital signs left my room and closed the door; I can hear it through the closed door.
Total strangers are programmed to hate me. It happens everywhere.
