Was Mr. Bryant's sexual activity before or after the night in question going to be presented as evidence at the trial? Were there "accidental" leaks about his sex life to the media that wound up on Web sites and that resulted in him being called a liar and a slut? I don't think so.
Was he accused of being a drug abuser? It doesn't seem that he was.
