"What you're doing" is the answer to your actual question.

The question that some of the nurses have started asking me when I tell them about being harassed is "What would you like me to do?"

That's the question that they ask me; I think the question they're thinking is:

I found the picture of the t-shirt on the Internet.  I thought it was funny.
