It's interesting how the failure to question the accused is taken as both a reason to discredit a reporter's account of an accuser's story and as final vindication of the accused, depending on which way the interpretation of the lack of questioning is twisted to protect the accused.  Rolling Stone is now attacking the woman whose story of being raped at the University of Virginia it published, saying that it didn't get the other side of the story.  What does Rolling Stone think the accused would have said, "Yeah, we did it"?
