The Chinatown YMCA making people promise not to sue

January 15, 2015

There is an entire book of these forms on the front desk at the YMCA:

These are pictures of what's on the counter of the front desk at the Chinatown YMCA.

PARTICULARLY the people who don't speak a lot of English are at risk of being victimized, and never knowing it, at this YMCA.

Two men have already coughed at me in the few minutes since I walked through the front door; one seemed to be a member and the other is an employee.

It would seem that the story that the YMCA is trying to get people to believe is that I'm oversexed and paranoid and that there were never cameras in any of the locker rooms.  It also seems that the YMCA is trying to protect itself from being sued by the many people whom the hidden cameras certainly videotaped for months, and might still be videotaping.

The YMCA owes millions of dollars to hundreds of people; no amount of coughing is going to change that.

I also don't think that getting people to sign the waiver means that they're agreeing to be videotaped; it is illegal to videotape people in places like locker rooms, bathrooms and showers.  It seems to me that the Y is trying to intimidate its members, whom it has victimized.

The YMCA is probably planning to continue to lie about what happened.

These situations will continue to happen to hundreds and then thousands of people if the conglomerate doesn't stop promoting the SICK, SADISTIC, ILLEGAL videos of me.  It's probably already happening all over the United States, and around the world.
