Blocked emails? Maybe not.

February 5, 2015

Last night, I sent several emails describing what happened to the assistant director of the unit.  Today, I noticed that the "sent" file of my email had no record of my having sent those emails.

This morning, I asked her to read my emails before she met with me.  When she asked to meet with me this afternoon, she said that she hadn't gotten any emails from me.  Is that because she has blocked my email address?  Is that what she did, and is she now going to act as if I'm mistaken when I say that I sent her emails?

I think there's either something wrong with my email or with my phone from which I have tried to send email.  That would mean that the assistant director did not block my email address.  I felt, and was, mistreated yesterday about being harassed by patients at the unit.  Although blocking my email and lying about it did not seem like something the assistant director would do, I am subjected to enough dishonesty at every psychiatric facility that I considered the possibility that she was not being truthful about why she hadn't gotten my emails.

If I owe her an apology for an inaccurate accusation about my email, then she has my apology.
