The resource center at Quincy Mental Health Center is closed today. Nonetheless, there is a former, male patient of the crisis unit who harassed me when he was a patient, who goes to the meetings at the resource center, who is at the building even though the resource center is closed, and who likes to stand outside the window of my room and cough loudly.
Several times before, I have asked him not to stand outside my window and cough. He probably got to the building today, realized that the resource center is closed, didn't know what to do with the rest of his day, and decided that harassing me would be a pleasant activity for him while he tries to decide what to do next.
