I did not choose the staffperson who is called my advocate at the Pine Steet Inn. I was assigned to her.
She coughs at me and does things like it all the time. She has, in the past, refused to talk to me on the phone when she knows that I'm calling about something for which I need her help; she'll tell me to call back when she knows she won't be there, or she'll insist that someone else has to be contacted, for things that she is capable of dealing with.
She is far from being the only person whom the conglomerate has caused to hate me for no reason, with a blind, unyielding hatred that no amount of difficulty that I experience will satisfy.
Advocates aren't supposed to want their clients to fail; they are particularly not supposed to try to make their clients fail.
