My name was called during the bed lottery. When I went to the front desk to get my ticket, the staff person who is entering the names into the computer loudly blew her nose.
One of the reasons that there are guests who harass other guests at the Pine Street Inn is that there are staff who harass guests at the Pine Street Inn.
