a customer service representative?
Am I misinterpreting what has happened? Am I going to wake up screaming with anger at my own stupidity in the middle of the night?
I don't really know what to do. I have lost the manual about how to deal with this kind of success, if that's what it is, and I think I quit reading that manual a few chapters before the discussion of what to do about a situation like this. I'm sure I have the chapters about failure memorized, though.
Also, there's something wrong with my phone or my blog; I'm having trouble publishing the page I was writing before this one. That, and my not knowing what to do, I think means that I should leave this situation where it is for tonight.
