He's cleaning the bathrooms outside the unit and mopping the floors in the unit.
He'll leave out several Wet Floor signs and never move them, even when the floor is dry. He always leaves a Wet Floor sign right outside my room.
Nobody moves the signs, ever. I move them, often when I get to the unit in the late afternoon and they have been there all day.
