Good Morning America is having a "Winter Concert Series" that is sponsored by Hilton.
Apparently, what Paris Hilton learned from her Internet video experience, which she has described as devastating, is that she likes inflicting something that is a million times worse on someone who is impoverished and who can't stop it from happening over and over again.
Unlike Ms. Hilton, I have never consented to being photographed nude or in sexual activity. Her consent to being filmed having sex with her then-boyfriend was not consent to having the video distributed on the Internet. I'm sure that being betrayed the way she was did devastate her when it happened. It's unfortunate for me, and for the privacy rights of everyone who doesn't have the protection of wealth, that being betrayed didn't help her to learn empathy or consideration for others.
