The Labor Ready in Quincy

The Labor Ready in Quincy has a Homer Simpson cartoon on the counter.  The cartoon shows Homer Simpson standing next to a stack of barrels that have the biohazard symbol on them, watching a black man struggling, with his arms waving in the air, after he has fallen halfway through a hole that the spilled contents of one of the barrels have eaten through the floor.  The caption on the cartoon is "Report It," meaning "Report safety hazards at work."

I looked up to think about what I was going to say next; one of the other Labor Ready employees who is sitting across the room from me was looking at me, and he rubbed his nose.

I have reported safety hazards about every place where I have worked since the conglomerate began its assaults on women's rights in 2010, and they haven't stopped.  Actually, what usually happens is that I get fired.
