Respect for privacy

September 29, 2014

I don't like the idea of publicly naming every celebrity or other famous person whose advances I ignored or actively rejected, every time that such a person is vicious toward me.

Why don't you just stop being vicious?

Also, if there are people who feel that I misinterpreted or misrepresented behavior of theirs and who don't like that there are what they consider inaccurate, uncorrected, public documents about them that I created, they should know that I have no idea where such documents are among the thousands of pages and videos that I have published since 2010.  If they know where those documents are, which pages of which blogs, or which videos that I published in which I talked about them and at which audio or YouTube blogs those recordings are, I don't have a problem with being told about it.

Have a lawyer send me a letter with your request that I erase or modify the offending document.  Make sure the letter tells me where the document is, and I'll seriously consider the request.  In some situations, even if I agree that I made factual errors, I might not be able to erase or modify the documents.  I have had a lot of blogs, and I don't know if I have the passwords for all of them, or the email addresses that I used to create the blogs and to which I could request that the passwords be sent.  In those situations, I'll publish retractions.
