I haven't been at the shelter even for half an hour.
-A few guests have coughed at me.
-A dentist who works in the dental clinic, who is the only dentist whose office I have ever walked out of during dental work because I was worried that she would harm me, saw me and then walked past a few minutes later with a broom.
-The AmeriCorps volunteer, who was waiting in the clinic to bring me and other guests to the men's side of the shelter for eye appointments, walked near me and rubbed her nose with her finger.
